Summer check in opening hours: ONLY from 11h till 12h and from 16h till 22h.
Please kindly indicate the hour of your arrival, as precise as possible (confirmation by sms, mail or enquiry from our website are very welcome :)
For non confirmed arrivals or arrivals outside opening hours, an additional fee of 10€ will be charged.
Minimum stay: 2 consecutive nights (in one type of the room)
After check in, you will have your set of keys and 24h access!

andrewjchristian4390 stayed here on 05th August 2010 The staff made me WAIT IN THE HALLWAY for an hour because I arrived at 8pm instead of 9pm!. (And this despite having sent an SMS to the number on the e-mail to tell them of the one hour change).
When Paula arrived at 8:57p, she very arrogantly said, '9pm on the e-mail, and oh look, it's 9pm.' After being told of the SMS, she looks says in a surprisingly sarcastic tone, 'Nope, no SMS's here.'
The beds were comfy, though, and the towels were free. But WiFi almost non-existent. Read Owner Comments |

stib98534 stayed here on 25th July 2010 It was really a Nice stay and Paula, the hostess was great indeed ! We really felt like at home chatting with thé other in thé Common room. A very nice place maybe just a little far from the middle of town but if you don't plan to spend your nights in Berlin, by day you will travel easily with the subway. Clean and calm. |

The rooms are very comfortable (hence the name) and it has 2 bathrooms ( one with one without shower) which was GREAT! Paula is very accommodating and checks on you daily. The internet was slow or not functioning most of the time. Overall good hostel in a real neighborhood in Berlin. |

Paula and her team are amazing! so warm and friendly, and if you are lucky enough she will play you some amazing guitar! nice to have a kitcken, two toilets and a bath/shower. Nice social area to meet others. Internet a tad slow, but i\'m sure it won\'t bother you! good location for doing laundry and only a few minutes walk to the U-bahn. It is a bit out of the way from the tourist attractions, but I was happy about this because I got to see more of Berlin. Paula is warm and friendly and full of good advice on what to do in Berlin.
